To meet ambitious growth objectives, Opti Digital wishes to strengthen its team and is looking for a Business Developer for Polish Media.


The mission of the Media Business Developer Poland will be to successfully deploy Opti Digital support and technologies to new websites in Poland.

Job description

Business Development – Recruitment of new publishers 

  • Finding and signing new publishers in Poland
  • Search for new online prospects and contact them through different channels (LinkedIN, email).
  • Adaptation of marketing elements (presentations, emails) necessary for sales prospections
  • Entering and monitoring the commercial pipe in CRM
  • Negotiating financial conditions and signing contracts
  • Upselling : deployment of Opti Digital monetization solutions on all media from the same publisher. Linking with other media
  • Participation in events in this industry: specialized fairs, workshops, meetings and network

Account Management – Monitoring of existing and new publishers 

You guarantee the customer satisfaction by optimizing performance: turnover, eCPMs, impression volumes

  • Monitoring existing and new customers by email, telephone and videoconference and face-to-face from start to finish, from first contact to regular performance optimization. 
  • Proactive analysis of statistical data from publishers to issue strategic recommendations of Yield Management to the publisher or the internal technical team
  • Creation of tags mapping on mobile, desktop, tablet, Web and AMP jointly with the client

Gradually, Account Management’s mission is enriched by additional tasks in collaboration with the internal technical team, with partners (Google, Rubicon, Smart, Criteo, etc.) and advertisers:

  • Configuration of the publisher’s Ad Server and relevant header bidding technologies (Web, AMP, instream video, mobile, etc.)
  • A / B tests to adjust announcements and solution parameters
  • Configuration of programmatic deals in Private MarketPlace (PMP)

Needed skills

  • Interpersonal skills and excellent speech by phone and by appointment
  • Analytical profile: Taste for data analysis and excellent level of use of spreadsheet tools like Google Data Studio, Google Sheet or Excel
  • Native Polish language (excellent level of Polish both written and spoken)
  • Fluent in written and spoken English

  • Basics of HTML, CSS and JavaScript

  • Basics of Spanish

studies and experience

  • Successful experience in a commercial position

  • Experience in traffic management: campaign management in Ad Serving tools, use of advertising tags

  • Minimum level of education: Bac +4, type Business school

  • Remuneration according to experience

  • Sedentary position based in Barcelona (Spain)

  • Frequent trips to Poland (about once every 2 months)
