Advertising Product/Project Manager

Job based in Barcelona (Spain) or in Le Boulou (France)

The Digital Advertising industry is growing fast and becoming more complex every day. Media publishers face many challenges: growing their audience, improving UX, generating loyalty, succeeding in the post-cookie era by gathering first-party data, converting readers into paid subscribers. In addition, publishers often miss technical resources to tackle those challenges internally. 

At Opti Digital, we help publishers understand the AdTech market. We provide three powerful products that offer several technologies to excel at monetization. 

Opti Digital is a global company. One of its goals for the near future is to increase its reach in the U.S. and the U.K. 

This role will report directly to the Chief Strategy Officer and Founder of the company. This position is hybrid and based in Le Boulou, South of France.

Manage the development cycle of our new advertising products, new features definition, evaluate the impact of our actions and adjust in order to reach optimal performances.

You will be working on innovative industry products offering solutions to media publishers to generate better advertising revenues. 

These products use modern technologies in addition to machine learning and artificial intelligence, in order to create added value for our customers.


You will be in charge of the product features internally and externally, which involves researching, testing several ideas and analysing the data to define the next steps to improve the solution and our customers’ satisfaction. 

Some of your main responsibilities will be :

  • Understanding our customers needs and the company strategy to fulfill them
  • Define the product features, user stories and organize the roadmap with epics
  • Work on UX improvements
  • Manage priorities and coordinate the team working on the product (project manager, designer, developers, marketing, data scientists)
  • Define product-related operations and processes for the sales and account management teams.
  • Lead the scaling, maintenance and optimisation of the solution! 


  • Solid technical knowledge of full stack web development (HTTP, HTML, CSS JAVASCRIPT, CSS, Web debugging tools)
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Experience working with SCRUM as a product owner
  • Experience with Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence
  • Several years in project management for the digital industry
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Being curious, capacity to adapt to change and to learn new things
  • Experience building SaaS solution
  • Experience with UX design tools like Figma
  • Good understanding of digital advertising industry
  • Experience with programmatic advertising
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in French
  • Previous experience as a Product or Project Manager in the digital marketing industry
  • Minimum education level: 3 years of higher education
