agile advertising solutions and business intelligence tools, we efficiently help
optimize online revenue and improve website functionality. We came from a service
entity to a more tech company with a strong scalability opportunity.

The Digital Advertising industry is growing fast and becoming more complex every
day. Media publishers face many challenges: growing their audience, improving UX,
generating loyalty, succeeding in the post-cookie era by gathering first-party data,
converting readers into paid subscribers. In addition, publisher often miss technical
resources to tackle those challenges internally.

At Opti Digital, we help publishers understand the AdTech market. We provide three
powerful products that offers several technologies to excel at monetization.

Opti Digital is a global company. One of its goals for the near future is to increase its
reach in the U.S. and the U.K. It is in this context that Opti Digital is searching for its
first CMO. This role will report directly to the CEO and Founder of the company. This
position is hybrid and based in Barcelona.



You will join a dynamic team and drive our advertising technology solutions to new
heights. As the CMO, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing
strategic marketing initiatives that optimize advertising revenues for online

In this role, you will collaborate closely with our CEO and senior leadership team to
shape our brand identity and market positioning. You will be responsible for crafting
and implementing innovative marketing campaigns, leveraging your expertise in
digital advertising and data analysis to identify growth opportunities.

As a key member of our organization, you will work cross-functionally with our
product development and sales teams to ensure seamless integration of our
solutions and maximize customer satisfaction.

strategies and driving revenue optimization, you will directly contribute to the growth
and success of Opti Digital. While this is a global role, there is a strong focus on the
U.S and U.K. markets.


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive customer
    acquisition and retention.

  • Lead a team of 3 marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and
    support to ensure their professional growth and success.

  • Manage marketing budget and analyze data and metrics to assess campaign
    effectiveness, events, and optimize marketing efforts.

  • Manage a set of vendors to maximize reach – i.e.: PR agency.

  • Increase brand awareness, particularly in specialized press (Ad-,…)

  • Actively research and identify new market trends, opportunities, and
    competitors in the AdTech industry.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing

  • Present QBRs and YBRs to your publisher accounts
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders,
    such as publishers, agencies, and technology partners.
  • Oversee the development and execution of product launch strategies,
    including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and innovations, continuously
    seeking ways to improve our marketing performance.


  • Deep experience in marketing to the U.S. and/or U.K. markets – Understand
    culture nuances. – Secondary market – Spain and France
  • Native or bilingual proficiency in English is necessary for this role.
  • Ambitious, strong negotiating skills, and adaptable to different cultures.
  • 10 years+ experience developing and executing comprehensive marketing
    strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
  •  Strong management experience and proficient in managing cross-functional
    teams and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to align
    marketing goals with business objectives.
  • Ability to select and manage vendors.
  • Deep understanding of digital advertising technologies, including
    programmatic buying, real-time bidding, and ad serving platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and be able to use data-driven insights to optimize
    campaigns, improve performance, and maximize ROI.
  • Experience in developing and implementing successful lead generation
    campaigns through various channels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as you will be
    responsible for presenting marketing initiatives and results to both internal and
    external stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership qualities, ability to inspire and motivate team members,
    foster a collaborative work environment, and make strategic decisions.
